Our historic barn (vintage 1880’s) is badly in need of extensive restoration and loving care. I am seeking historic barn lovers who would like to join me in the continuing project to restore the barn to a useful condition and generally enjoy the fruits of their labor when the project is completed. The foundations have been ninety percent replaced with a perimeter steel reinforced engineered foundation. A thirty by forty foot barrel storage has been established in the area under the main floor. The main floor and the second story have not been touched as far as renovation is concerned. I propose to establish the Barn Restoration Society in which interested persons will be invited to join and help plan the restoration and use of the barn and, stay at the cottage!

The cost for a one year membership will be $1275.00, which will include a three nights stay in our beautifully appointed estate cottage; a private tour of the winery; help with the planning and execution of the barn restoration, one society general meeting and one case of our current-release estate wines. All of the proceeds, except for the cost of the wine and the general meeting, will be used to finance the barn's restoration. Each member may have an associate member to share the experience. For those who would wish a specific time slot, reservations will be made for your three nights stay in our cottage on a first come first served basis.
