In addition to producing delicious Bordeaux-style wines, the historic Envision-It Estate on scenic Nob Hill also hosts a variety of indoor and outdoor events, including weddings, charitable events, and corporate functions. Our 20th century home and tasting-room are nestled serenely among vines and flowers. Visiting the Estate is so much like stepping back in time that visitors are often surprised to remember that they have come only a few minutes away from charming Franktown and the popular Highway 83 Wine Trail. Available venues include the Estate house dining room for groups of thirty, the event room next to the tasting room for groups of forty, the tasting room patio, and our eight thousand square foot lawn area for larger groups or receptions.

The property cannot be appreciated to its greatest potential without a site visit and tour of the facility. We would love to arrange a visit for you and your staff at your convenience.
